NO RETURNS
Exchanges or store credit only on merchandise UNWORN and
in NEW CONDITION within 15 days from the date that you received
it. For exchanges customer pays all shipping costs.

RETURNING EXCHANGED ITEMS
A blank Priority Mail label will be included in your package.
Receiver’s information will be pre-printed. Simply
fill out return senders information completely. Please retain
a copy for your records. Please fill out RETURN FORM COMPLETELY.
In case of no return form, write a note with your name,
address, telephone number, email address, what the garment
is, and why you are returning the garment. For an exchange
please include the color, size, and style number, and any
other information needed to complete your order.
You can ship the merchandise with whatever company you choose.
Request a proof of delivery and/or insurance. IF
PACKAGE GETS LOST OR DAMAGED IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
If any tags inside of garment are removed the item
is NOT RETURNABLE. Hang tags should be returned with garment.

YOU RECEIVED IT…………
Notice for International Orders
Buyer is responsible for all charges for customs clearance and must
comply with laws and regulations of the country in which you are
receiving goods. Charges will include duties, taxes, and other fees
within your local custom office. You will not incur any additional
charges from Hail Mary once payment from merchandise is received.
Custom policies range differently from each country. Please familiarize
yourself with these policies before ordering from Hail Mary in the United States.
We will not be responsible for the merchandise once it leaves the United States.
Hail Mary will comply with laws and regulations of each county and will send
applicable custom forms and any other additional information necessary from each
customs office.
Currently, Hail Mary uses The United States Postal Office for delivery. International
deliveries might take additional 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on location.

SIZE CHART
We understand that ordering online can be a daunting
experience, so we at Hail Mary will try to make it as pleasant as possible.
There is no guarantee a garment you buy will be a perfect size, so keep in mind
with our return policy you can always exchange it for a different size. If you
have any doubts, need help measuring, or have any questions at all please contact

Please note that fabric will slightly alter a size of a garment.
HOW TO MEASURE
To Measure Your Chest: Place measuring tape loosely around the fullest part of your chest.
To Measure Your Waist: Place measuring tape loosely around your natural waist (smallest part of waist).
To Measure Your Hips: Please measuring tape loosely around the widest part (buttocks).
For Pants and most skirts unless stated (high waisted), the waist measurement will be where you wear your pants. This point is about 3 inches down from your natural waist. Place tape loosely around this point.
